3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Until you inform us, you are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3.3 Single Device Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited. If multiple members of a household use the same device and any issues arise as a result, you should contact our support team in advance.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
Before making a deposit, ensure that your account verification has been completed.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more will qualify for the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement: 15x). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place at least ৳30,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each user may use a specific bonus offer only once.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.
Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
btd882 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The btd882 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity, and each tier offers weekly cashback: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver and up to 0.8% for Gold. The specific terms of VIP benefits may change.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

Using arbitrage strategies that place minimum-risk bets to meet bonus conditions.

7.3 Technical Manipulation

Using bots, automation software or scripts.
Attempting to hack or technically manipulate the game software.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 btd882's Rights

btd882 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

Violation of these Terms.

Voluntary closure at the user's request.

8.2 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of the Terms, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after verification is completed. If the account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, there is no obligation to return any balance.
